What is your Return/refund policy? We have a 30 day return/refund policy. As long as merchandise is returned within 30 days and is in unused condition with original packaging, we will be happy to either refund or exchange the product.

If I want to send scarves to different people, should I create a separate order for each person? Yes. You will need to have one order per person receiving a scarf. This will allow the different greetings and delivery addresses to be entered and handled properly.

How easy is it to have my purchase be a scarf gift? It's very easy. When you are placing the order, you simply specify the person's name and address in the Delivery Information Name and Address boxes.You optionally enter a preferred Ship Date* and your personal message in the order comments box. *If you are ordering the gift ahead of time, a preferred Ship Date can be used to process the order (vs. automatically filling the order right away). Keep in mind (A) Orders are processed only during Monday - Friday and (B) The amount of time it will take to ship a package to its destination once it leaves the warehouse. Your gift will be delivered in gift packaging and with the message from you on the packing slip (with no prices showing). A scarf gift from us is a wonderful alternative to a bouquet of flowers. Our scarves are carefully selected for their quality and beauty. And, scarves last years instead of days!

What is the shipping that is available? USPS Priority shipping is our standard shipping option and it will get your order to its destination in roughly two to three days. We can also offer you USPS Express which will get your order to most destinations overnight (includes Saturday delivery). Some locations require additional time.

What kind of silk do you use for your silk scarves? We use two very high quality silks: crepe satin plain and crepe de chine. They are very soft and luxurious.The weight also contributes to the quality. Our scarves are 12 mommes, which is ideal. They are not too light or too heavy, and are comfortable for wearing throughout the
year.

How do I pay for purchase via credit card?
Note: It is easiest to first create a user account (if you don't already have one), which has you provide billing/shipping information. Then log in. From the shopping cart, click on the check out button on the lower right side below cart total.
After confirming email address is correct (if not/edit), providing/selecting billing and delivery information, ensuring shipping date (default) is correct (otherwise change) and providing comments or gift message, click on Review Order (lower right corner). Confirm order information is correct. If yes, click Submit Order button (lower right corner). Otherwise click Back button.
Here are the steps for paying by credit card.
(1) You are brought to the Paypal Choose a way to pay page. Even if you have a Paypal account, click on the "Don't have a Paypal account?" link. It should read as "Don't have/want to use a Paypal account?". This will actually trigger paying by credit card as a Paypal guest.
(2) You will be brought to a credit card info page.
Country- Select your country.
Radio Button- Select credit card.
Expiration Date- Select (MM and YY)
CSC- Provide the security code.
Billing Information- Ensure matches your credit card billing data precisely. Otherwise, update here.
Phone type- Select phone type for the phone number you're providing.
Phone number- Provide phone number in the format specified.
Email- Confirm correct or update. | |
Click on Review and Continue button.
(3) If you have a Paypal account, it may be detected now. If this is the case, you may be given three choices for what to do next. Select the "Continue to pay as a guest and do not use my PayPal account." radio button. And then click Continue button.
(4) You will be brought to a review page. Note: If shipping address appears as billing address you will not need to change it if no product is being sent to you. If everything else looks correct, click Pay Now button.
(5) You will be brought to a Thanks for your order page and will receive a receipt number for the payment as well as info on how the transaction will appear on your credit card statement.
(6) Click on Return to scarfsense.com to return to our site. You will be brought to the corresponding Scarfsense invoice. You will be sent an email which provides the same information.
How do I pay for purchase via Paypal (bank account)?

(2) You will be brought to a review page. Note: If shipping address appears as billing address you will not need to change it if no product is being sent to you. Verify eCheck radio button is selected. If everything else looks correct click Pay Now button.
(3) You will be brought to a Thanks for your order page and will receive a transaction ID for the payment.
(4) Click on Return to scarfsense.com link to return to our site. You will be brought to the corresponding Scarfsense invoice. You will be sent an email which provides the same information.
Why is the password I wanted to use and entered not working? A common reason this can happen is if this is the first time you are placing an order and you back out of the standard sequence of pages during order checkout, the password field will get cleared out. If you don't reenter the value you would like to use, a random string will be used instead. You will be sent an email containing your user id and the random password assigned. So, it would be possible to change the password to the one you want.
